The quality of our castings is monitored by experienced skilled workers using state-of-the-art technology. Only when everything is perfect do the castings leave our factory.

Destructive material testing to determine mechanical characteristics
Stationary and mobile hardness testing
Ultrasonic and X-ray testing
Crack testing using magnetic particle testing and dye penetrant testing
Cast part and pattern measurement using a 3D measuring machine and 3D scanning system
Metallography
Chemical analysis using an emission spectrometer
